Purchasing from Garden Sheds Online
Garden Sheds Online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and include GST (10% goods and services tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. All Images are for display purposes only. Please check all of your order details before proceeding throught the checkout process. Always check you confirmation email and let us know of any errors.

Customer Service Policy
Garden Sheds Online is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Refund Policy
If you receive and incorrect item or defective item please contact us straight away. If any parts are missing we will deliver these free of charge within 7 working days. If it is an incorrect or defective item, we will provide you with a full refund if we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If you change your mind after your shed has been shipped and want to cancel your order there will be a 25% restocking fee and a freight charge.
